The location was perfect, with just a short walk to the Leaning Tower and a variety of shops nearby. The beautiful garden created a peaceful vibe, and I loved the cozy, chic decor throughout the hotel. Breakfast was a standout, with a good selection of pastries and fresh options. Loris, the waiter, added a personal touch with his warm service. The air conditioning didn't work consistently, and I had some issues with my room not being cleaned when I returned after breakfast. It felt a bit chaotic at times due to the lack of staff presence, which might be concerning for some guests.

The location was magnificent and absolutely perfect for Pisa, so close to train station and the famous tower, the main sights, and many restaurants and shops. I visited Terme Kebab, plus it was located nearby.

The parking situation is a nightmare!!! Expect to deal with confusing self-check-in instructions. The Wi-Fi signal is abysmally weak!!! Bring your own snacks, as the communal refreshment situation leaves much to be desired!!!

The kids and our large breed dog enjoyed the lovely courtyard, filled with charm and coziness. The breakfast spread was fantastic, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We also appreciated how smoothly everything flowed . Everything felt comfortable.

My kids wished there were more activities for little ones.
